A Houston man could soon face prison time for allegedly raping a 4 year old girl and giving her a disease.
That man has been identified by Tomball Police and the Harris County District Attorney as 23 year old Erik Madrano.
According to court records Madrano was the boyfriend of the four year old girl's mother.
That victim told police Madrano sexually assaulted her in a motel room at Super 8 Motel in Tomball.
An examination by a nurse showed the child had been sexually assaulted and tested positive for Herpes Simplex virus.
Court records show Madrano has not been arrested as of yet but he's been charged with Super Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child under six years old.
