Sources tell the Insite a Houston police officer allegedly took money from the wrong person on a traffic stop Tuesday night. Officer Stefan Riha has been arrested and charged with the theft. Officials with the Houston Police Department say the 27 year old's arrest is the result of an internal investigation for theft. The Insite sources say Riha came under the microscope after allegations he took money on traffic stops. I'm told Riha likely took money from a member of HPD's proactive unit Tuesday night. He served as a patrol officer in the Midwest division. Rihan has been a cop with the Houston Police Department since 2007!
