Should I use free weights or machines weights?

The best way I can answer this question is to say that it really boils down to the individual. For instance if you are a beginner or if you have physical limitations (i.e. an injury) then I would suggest machine weights.  For me, free weights will always be my first choice because they are inexpensive and they allow u simulate real-life situations and promote whole-body stabilization. In closing choose a weight training system that you enjoy and that fits into your lifestyle.
