The 13 year veteran of the news industry began his new gig as an assignments editor at KRIV Monday.
Joe comes to ch. 26 from News Fix 39.
Assignments manager Chris McDonald says he's very excited to add Segura to his team of editors.
Joe has alsi done time at KTRK TV and KHOU!
